This course revolves around that premise. Current culture tells us leaders are born, but John Maxwell shows through the critical components of authentic, personal leadership how leaders are made. The course focuses on first, what makes a good leader and then second, how we develop that within. This is a course focused on practical steps you and your team of leaders take to grow your leadership lid. The course covers 10 different factors that make up a leader: *Influence *Priorities *Character *Creating Positive Change *Problem Solving *Attitude *Serving People *Vision *Self-Discipline *Personal Growth This course is designed for new leaders and teams as well as veteran leaders who are looking to improve their leadership skill set. Prior to the course, you and your team will receive a leadership assessment. The course is then tailored to your team. This is designed for groups of 8 to 25.
